Foreign English Teacher (Part-time)
Job Description
- Handle MINIMUM 15 teaching hours/week in the evenings and weekends.
- Delivery of quality classes in accordance with the principles of the Wall Street Method and the guidelines of the Academic Manager and Academic Trainer.
- Teach classes scheduled by the center at the level and timetable assigned by the Academic Manager and Academic Trainer in accordance with student scheduling needs.
- Develop material for and deliver group classes (Social Clubs) with a focus on building fluency, confidence, cultural awareness as well as business and life skills in English.
- Ensure the objectives of the Wall Street English course curriculum are met.
- Coach students to develop strong study habits and follow the Wall Street Method.
- Work effectively both in independent work and as part of a team in a multicultural environment, respecting cultures and beliefs of all team members.
- Ensure educational success of students and promote an interest in continued and shared learning.
- Uphold the professional image of your center and the Wall Street brand through professional attire, conduct and communication with students and team members.
Requirements
- 2 years teaching experience required.
- Native level English speaker with a passport from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa (Vietnamese immigration policy).
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university from one of the seven countries listed above.
- CELTA/Trinity certification conducted in-house or an MA in TESOL are strongly preferred, other equivalent TEFL certifications may also be considered.
- Professionalism and dynamism, with a passion for teaching and a commitment to real English education.
